Product Overview
HOTTEN 1.45mm 50Ω Miniature RF Coaxial Cable is designed for RF interconnection requirements where cable diameter and impedance are important design parameters. Its miniature format supports integration into compact electronic assemblies where routing space and cable dimensions must be considered during equipment design.
For OEM projects, cable selection should be based on the required operating frequency, insertion loss, shielding performance, cable routing conditions and termination requirements. HOTTEN can evaluate the specified cable configuration and supply requirements against the project's technical documentation.

OEM RF Cable Requirements
Selecting a miniature RF coaxial cable involves more than matching its diameter and nominal impedance. The required frequency range, attenuation, shielding construction and installation conditions must also be considered.
For example, if the cable will operate at a specified high frequency, then insertion loss and return loss should be evaluated across that frequency range, because nominal 50Ω impedance alone does not establish the cable's complete RF performance.
If the installation has limited routing space, then the finished cable diameter, minimum bend radius and connector clearance should be reviewed together to check mechanical compatibility.
Custom Supply and RFQ Information
HOTTEN can review project-specific cable requirements, including cable length, construction and connector integration where a finished cable assembly is needed. The final configuration and achievable performance must be confirmed against the approved specification.
For an RF cable quotation, please provide the cable drawing or specification, required frequency range, impedance, target attenuation or return-loss limits, shielding requirements, cable length and connector part numbers when applicable.
Quality Inspection and Acceptance
Inspection and acceptance criteria should be agreed before production. Depending on the approved specification and product scope, the inspection plan may include dimensional verification, visual inspection, continuity checks for terminated assemblies and applicable RF performance testing.
Frequency range, attenuation, VSWR, shielding effectiveness and other RF limits should be stated with their applicable test conditions before being published as guaranteed product specifications.
